First promotional activity

Last night Joy and I did our very first, albeit impromptu, promotional activity.
After our by now almost traditional dessert at The Main Squeeze, we spotted four young ladies looking at Main Squeeze.

"Did you know that if you spend Toronto Dollars here you get a great deal?", I asked, on the spur of the moment.

"What are they?". Quick as a whippet I whipped out my wallet and extracted a nice new pink Five Dollar note. (I always carry T$ in my wallet).

"Spend this in there and you'll get a great deal; maybe even get a dollar off a smoothie."

"Really?"

I opened the door to the Main Squeeze and called out "Paul, if these ladies spend Toronto Dollars here will they get a great deal?"

Paul, ever-smiling caleld back "Of Course!".

In they trooped, Joy and I continued on our walks to our respective homes.

Our very first "sale"!
